今天波妈深入讲解了《心经》中的一句话--“无眼耳鼻舌身意，无色身香味触法”。其中，眼耳鼻舌身意是六根，色声香味触法是六尘，合称十二处。六根、六尘再加上六识，即眼识、耳识、鼻识、舌识、身识、意识为十八界。由深奥的佛理讲到生活，讲到无欲无求的人生境界。
